Membership to Junior Auxiliary of Abbeville is open to women of at least 21 years of age who live, work or have ties to Vermilion Parish, Louisiana. Interested ladies are accepted into membership during the Summer months (May, June or July) and move forward with training. Membership begins in August and the JA Year ends in May.
Provisional Member Requirements (to be completed in the first year of service)
MEETING REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 General Chapter Meetings
- 2 Provisional Training Meetings
- 12 Service Hours
- $50 Provisional Fee (non-refundable)
- Purchase of Chapter Apparel (service t-shirt)
Being a member of Junior Auxiliary requires a high level of commitment, dedication and, above all else, a heart of service. Membership provides you with opportunities to give back to our community all while assisting you in recognizing your leadership potential.
